This four-part meditation has been created for educators to encourage mindfulness and positive intentions. Each session stands alone, or attend a few or all four to grow your knowledge. Join us for an insightful event on Thu Mar 14, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. (Pacific Daylight Time) at the Adams Hub For Innovation. This in-person gathering aims to address the crucial topic of trauma and its impact on both teachers and students.
We are excited to feature, Pam Wise, a Licensed Professional and Clinical Professional Counselor who has practiced within private and public agencies and holds a Master of Science degree from Southwestern Oklahoma University in Applied Psychology. She maintains licenses in Colorado, Nevada, and Oklahoma. As Director of a youth service agency, she worked closely with state and national services and legislatures to advance behavioral health services for children, youth, and families. She is a Board-Certified Coach, certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment and Clinical Tele Mental Health Professional. Her private practice began to include more individuals experiencing symptoms of trauma; she trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), developed by Patricia Resick, Candice Monson, and Kathleen Chard of the US Dept of Veterans Affairs, PTSD: National Center for PTSD. Her passion for helping people move forward continues to be the driving force in her practice.
